About the Job: The Foodservice Regional Sales Manager (East Coast) will focus on driving foodservice growth in K-12, multi-units, and regional chains while supporting broader sales initiatives across the East Coast. This position plays a key role in fostering client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and expanding the company’s presence throughout multiple segments.
Responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including school districts, buying groups, broker networks, and distributors. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the K-12 segment and regional and multi-unit chains. Develop customized strategies to meet client needs and expand market share.

Contract Management: Build, negotiate and maintain contact agreements with buying groups such as Sodexo, Aramark and FoodBuy, as well as product approvals within K-12.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with foodservice operators and distributors to create innovative solutions that align with client objectives and enhance the company’s competitive positioning.

Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients throughout the process.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on K-12 foodservice or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the distribution process and the unique needs of the K-12 segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability and drive to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout territory (40-60%). 70% of travel within the South-east.
Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 base salary + bonus + car allowance
Job Status: Direct hire. Remote, with frequent travel required throughout the southeastern U.S. and East Coast.
