Kitchen Manager / Chef de Cuisine – Expanding Downtown Concept

Location: Downtown Greenville, SC

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 + Health Insurance, Downtown Parking Pass, and PTO

We are representing a highly popular, gourmet, allergy-friendly concept in downtown Greenville. We are looking for a mission-driven Chef de Cuisine who authentically lives a healthy lifestyle.

• Creative Flexibility: This is a specialized kitchen utilizing induction burners and convection ovens instead of gas. We need leaders who are highly malleable, willing to rethink standard culinary norms, and excited to embrace a different way of operating.
• Dynamic Operations: You will be responsible for managing complex local inventory sourcing, tight-space cleanliness, and fast-paced line efficiency.
