Our client is a highly respected Microsoft-focused Managed Services Provider, delivering transformative solutions across Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Applications and Managed Services.
With a strong reputation for customer success and long-term client partnerships, they have built an impressive portfolio of active customers who already rely on their services every day.
Unlike many account management opportunities, this role comes with an established, engaged customer base. These are existing clients with live managed service agreements already in place, creating a genuine platform for growth rather than requiring you to build relationships from scratch.
THE ROLE
What You'll Be Doing
As Senior Account Manager, you will inherit a portfolio of established accounts and become the strategic advisor to your clients.
Your focus will be to strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, expand service adoption and generate referrals across the wider customer base.

This is a genuinely hybrid role.
You'll spend approximately two days per week in the office, with the remainder focused on client engagement and relationship building.
Face-to-face meetings, QBRs, thought leadership and becoming embedded within your customers' businesses are all central to the company's approach.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted partnerships and being visible within their client base.
