What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle business development efforts for KēSTA I.T.'s technical staffing and consulting services across Utah and surrounding markets.

Uncover, qualify, and close new business opportunities using the MEDDICC qualification methodology.

Conduct frequent in-person meetings with clients, prospects, and stakeholders (you should love this aspect).
- Proactively cold call, prospect, and network to build a robust pipeline of public sector and private sector clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on transparency, integrity, and value.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Leadership, and Recruiting teams to ensure exceptional execution of client engagements.
- Position KēSTA I.T. as a strategic partner in workforce planning, I.T. staff augmentation, and project-based solutions.
- Represent the KēSTA brand at local events, conferences, and industry networking opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while embodying accountability, ethical decision-making, and people-first leadership.
What You Bring
- Required:
- Genuine passion for business development, face-to-face relationship building, and cold outreach.
- Proven B2B sales success (technology staffing, consulting, SaaS, or related industries).

Familiarity with the MEDDICC qualification methodology (or the ability to ramp up quickly).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver consultative, value-rich solutions.

Must reside in or near Salt Lake City, Utah and be available for regular in-person client visits.
- Preferred:
- Experience in I.T. staff augmentation, professional services, or public-sector sales.
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, procurement cycles, and multi-stakeholder solution selling.
- Previous success selling into Utah state agencies, municipalities, or enterprise-level organizations.
