Our client is a well-established international recruitment consultancy operating in the technology sector, currently expanding its Central & Eastern European team and looking for an experienced Sales (Recruitment) Consultant to drive business growth and develop client relationships across the region.

The ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and working in an international setting. You are proactive, resilient, and highly motivated to exceed expectations, with a strong interest in recruitment and technology markets. Fluency in a Central or Eastern European language or experience working within these markets is key, along with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and candidates alike.


🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and meetings

Drive new business development and generate leads within the Central & Eastern European market

Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Collaborate with the resourcing team to identify and qualify suitable candidates

Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and revenue targets

Build and leverage a strong network of professionals within the technology recruitment space

Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts


🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • Experience in recruitment or sales (ideally within contract or technology recruitment)
  • Fluent in English and one Central/Eastern European language or relevant regional experience
  • Strong business development and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets is a strong advantage

Competitive base salary £ 35K-55K + uncapped commission (no threshold)
