Hearing Dogs for Deaf People (Hearing Dogs) is on an ambitious and exciting journey to modernise, innovate, and grow its impact.

Following a transformative merger with Hearing Link Services, we are redefining how we support people with hearing loss—blending technology, personalised services, and community connection in new and meaningful ways.

To support this next chapter, Hearing Dogs is partnering with Green Park to appoint four new Trustees who are ready to make a strategic impact. We are particularly interested in individuals with deep expertise in the following areas:

  • People & Culture – a senior HR leader with Board-level experience and a strong track record in organisational development, change management, and inclusive people strategies—skilled in aligning culture, capability, and structure to support growth and impact.
  • Digital & Hybrid Service Design – a strategic digital leader with experience in user-centred design, hybrid service delivery, and digital transformation—skilled in aligning technology, UX, and innovation to improve user experience, impact, and operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Business & Product Development – a commercial leader with deep expertise in product and business innovation, strategic planning, and end-to-end development—driving growth through insight, collaboration, and a strong focus on user and market needs.
  • High-Value Relationships – a well-connected and influential leader with Board-level experience and a strong track record of building high-value networks, securing strategic support, and expanding organisational influence and income.

As one of our new Trustees, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team—bringing strategic insight, constructively challenging thinking, and supporting key decisions at a time of real momentum.

Each Trustee will contribute their unique perspective to help shape future-facing services, strengthen Hearing Dogs’ culture, and open doors to new opportunities. You’ll also play a crucial role in ensuring our strategy is inclusive, impactful, and fundable.

We strongly welcome applications from individuals with lived or shared experience of hearing loss or assistance dog services, and from those passionate about building a more inclusive society.

If you’re excited about shaping a future where everyone with hearing loss can thrive—and want to contribute as part of an engaged Board and experienced leadership team—we’d love to hear from you.
