The Role: Corporate Director for Customer Service Delivery
Based in Bedford with hybrid working, this role is at the heart of our consumer-facing operations, ensuring our services are accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective. Leading internal and external operational teams, you will drive excellence in front-line support, embedding regulatory compliance and consumer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Your leadership will shape the infrastructure, strategy, and responsiveness of our services, ensuring they evolve with changing consumer needs, policy shifts, and technological advancements. Beyond operations, you will be a key senior leader within MaPS, playing an active role in shaping our vision, strategy, and organisational culture.
