The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager – Canola, Western Canada will lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Peace region. This role is critical in driving consistent execution of sales strategies, strengthening retailer relationships, and improving regional sales performance and alignment.
The Sales Manager (Canola) will act as the primary canola sales team leader, ensuring Territory Managers are equipped with the tools, training, and strategic direction required to achieve business objectives and support product adoption in the field.

Qualifications:
· 7+ years of agricultural sales experience, preferably within seed or crop inputs
· Proven leadership experience managing sales teams or large territories
· Strong agronomic knowledge, particularly in canola production
· Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
· Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Western Canada
· Post-secondary education in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred
