Summit Search Group is proud to partner with Industrial Scaffold Services Ltd. (ISSL) in the recruitment of a Regional Manager to lead the launch and growth of their new Winnipeg branch.

ISSL is a respected scaffolding and access solutions provider supporting construction and industrial clients across Western Canada. Known for their strong safety culture and commitment to quality, the organization is expanding into the Manitoba market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction or industrial operations leader to build local client relationships, drive business development, and oversee branch operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the Winnipeg presence, leading project delivery, and developing a high-performing team.

This Regional Manager role offers strong autonomy, leadership impact, and the opportunity to shape the long-term success of a growing regional operation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the launch and day-to-day operations of ISSL’s Manitoba branch, establishing our presence and reputation in the region.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, promoting ISSL’s services, and building long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
• Serve as the face of ISSL in Manitoba and NW Ontario—meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery including planning, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
• Hire, train, and mentor a skilled team, creating a positive safety culture and ensuring high performance across all job sites.
• Work closely with union partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate staffing and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and reporting while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and collaborate on strategic planning for the region.
• Represent ISSL in community and industry events, contributing to our reputation as a reliable and safety-first partner.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial construction or scaffolding, with a strong background in customer-facing roles.
• Journeyman Scaffolder certification (asset but not required).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through service excellence and trust.
• Experience with sales, business development, or promoting services to industrial clients is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Comfortable traveling approximately 50% of the time across job sites in Manitoba.
• Based in or near Winnipeg, with a deep understanding of the regional market.
