Summit Search Group has been retained by Tripwire to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Manager to help drive the company’s next stage of intentional growth. This is a relationship-led role for someone who blends business development instincts with marketing intelligence and who believes that meaningful stories build meaningful businesses.
This position is approximately 70% sales / business development and 30% marketing, focused on unlocking new, higher-value client relationships while helping refine Tripwire’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

The Opportunity
The Business Development & Marketing Manager will play a visible, influential role in expanding Tripwire’s client portfolio. This is not a cold-call-heavy sales role. Instead, it’s about building trust, opening doors, and translating Tripwire’s purpose and creative strength into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with leadership to evolve Tripwire’s niche focus, refine its offerings, and drive sustainable revenue growth while also contributing to marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and showcase impact.
