Position Summary:

The General Laborer is responsible for assembling, cleaning, packaging, and crating Roberts Filter Group products in a fast-paced and evolving fabrication environment. This role supports our production and shipping operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble finished products after fabrication.
• Clean products prior to packaging and shipment.
• Crate products for secure transportation.
• Follow all facility safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate shop hand tools and basic equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other assigned duties as needed.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in product packaging and preparation.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Strict adherence to safety policies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Strong punctuality and attendance record.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive environment.
• Shipping, receiving, or packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Proven track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to manage physical workload safely.
