The Prescott Valley Student Pastor will lead and organize an effective student ministry (middle school and high school), executing fellowship, worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach within the context of the Prescott Valley Campus.

QuadCity Christian Church is a long-standing restoration movement non-denominational Christian Church. We’re passionate about meeting people where they are and introducing them to the hope of Jesus. We are intentional about relational evangelism and believe our role as a church is to equip our people to make disciples.

Church Overview:

●     Weekly Attendance: 1500

●     Prescott Valley Campus Attendance: 400

●     Campuses: Two

●     Location: Prescott and Prescott Valley, AZ


Responsibilities:

●     Execute the student ministry vision and direction set forth by the NextGen Pastor.

●     Recruit, develop, and maintain Prescott student ministry volunteers.

●     Contribute to the student team in the areas of content creation and strategic ministry planning.

●     Manage the student ministry’s “Connections Pathway” on the Prescott Campus.

●     Ensure there is a healthy volunteer culture within the Student Ministry.

●     Oversee pastoral care of families within the Prescott Student Ministry.

●     Occasional weekend hosting (welcome, announcements, communion, baptisms, etc.) on the Prescott Campus.


​​Key Result Areas: 

●     Maintain the health and effectiveness of the Prescott Valley Student volunteers.

●     Maintain the health and effectiveness of the Prescott Valley Student experience.

●     Oversee pastoral care of families within the Prescott Valley Student Ministry.


Relationships: 

The Prescott Valley Student Pastor reports directly to Brett Meyers, the NextGen Pastor, with additional oversight from Ken May, the Prescott Valley Campus Pastor.

Hours:

This is a Full-Time salary position requiring at least 40 hours a week. Sundays are required. The salary range is $50 – 60k, dependent upon experience and education.

●     Growing the impact of Middle School Ministry at Prescott Campus (Attendance, baptisms, first-time decisions, etc.)

●     Growing the impact of High School Ministry at Prescott Campus (Attendance, baptisms, first-time decisions, etc.)

Requirements:

●     Drive and determination to connect to students and develop leaders.

●     Experience leading in a student ministry setting

●     Completed Bible College degree or working toward completion (preferred but not mandatory)

The Prescott Quad City area is a mid-sized community in the mountains of Central Arizona.
