Background Profile:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ
• REQUIRED: Drug Enforcement Administration License & Prescriptive Authority
• 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience – Preferred
• You would describe yourself as a Self-Motivated, Friendly/Positive, Professional who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
• You have a PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
• You are an Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• You bring exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-through, attention to detail & accuracy
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
