In this On-site, Contract Desktop Support role located in Northwest Phoenix, you will have the opportunity to provide great customer service, work with a great team of people, learn new skills, and the timing couldn’t be better!

Hourly range: $25/hr - $27/hr depending on experience and tier

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Desktop Support Technician’s primary function is to provide hardware and software desktop support to 1000+ users geographically dispersed across multiple locations in the United States.
  • The position requires constant contact with users both in-person, email, and by telephone or other communication mechanisms daily.
  • In addition, the Desktop Support Technicians will work on large refresh, swap, imaging, shipping/receiving projects for new and existing employees across the country.


Background Profile:

  • Prefer CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Other certifications a plus – Network+, Security+, etc.
  • Must have at least 3 years of professional, hands-on, enterprise IT support experience and have experience supporting up to 1000 users
  • Must be able to work in-office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  • Must be able to work independently, have great communication skills, and able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions or the need of sponsorship.
