- OTE – 150K-200K (Base 75K-100K DOE)
Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals with a consistent track record of selling at least $500k+/yr for the last 2 years
- Experience closing deals with an average ACV of $40k.
- Prefer experience with Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, or AI Automation Tool sales
- Experience managing fast-paced, consultative sales cycles with mid-market deal sizes
- You know how to balance speed with strong qualifications and disciplined execution.
- Based in or open to relocating to the Phoenix-area for a hybrid (3 days) highly collaborative environment
- Highly self-directed with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously.
- You maintain strong pipeline hygiene and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Process-driven in your approach to sales, with familiarity with structured methodologies.
- You understand how to evaluate wins and losses and continuously improve.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where resources are lean, ambiguity is high, and initiative is expected.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, thoughtful messaging for detail-oriented buyers.
- Experience selling into regulated or operationally complex industries such as financial services, insurance, or benefits-related sectors a plus
