Logistics Team Leader job in Berinsfield, South Oxfordshire

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Team Leader position in Berinsfield. This role is with a growing manufacturing company that provides products and materials for industrial applications. The responsibilities include supervising a team of warehouse operatives, managing stock, handling kitting and dispatch processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will support continuous improvement in warehouse operations and collaborate closely with the logistics, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management. Additionally, you will provide leadership and training to your team.

Key skills required:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, communication, and computer skills
• Forklift licence (or willing to train)
