Skills you need / What you will do

• 10+ years of CNC machining experience with strong expertise in mill operations and part production
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding dimensional tolerancing to produce high-quality parts
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use manual tools and apply CNC programming concepts
• Experience maintaining quality standards, identifying material defects, and following non-conformance procedures
