Skills you need / What you will do

• 5–10 years of CNC machining experience with a focus on milling operations
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding dimensional tolerancing
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using manual tools and applying CNC programming concepts
• Ability to maintain quality standards, identify material defects, and follow non-conformance procedures
