Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a company near Chicago, IL that is looking to add a Project Engineer to their team!

This role is responsible for leading capital projects from concept through completion in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on improving safety, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Skills you need / What you will do

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required with 4+ years of experience in capital projects, continuous improvement, or design roles
• Lead capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, installation, and execution within manufacturing operations
• Evaluate and recommend equipment, machinery, and systems to improve production and efficiency
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, ERP systems, and working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams
