Job Overview:

Knudtsen Lincoln, a leading automotive dealership in Spokane, WA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys working on a variety of vehicles and providing top-tier service to our customers at their location. As a Mobile Automotive Technician, you will represent Knudtsen Lincoln with professionalism and expertise while providing convenient and high-quality service to our clients on the go.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including Lincoln and other makes and models.
  • Conduct mobile automotive services at customers' homes, offices, or other designated locations.
  • Utilize company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicle to perform mobile service calls efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet or exceed manufacturer standards for quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs, maintenance, and the associated costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow all company and safety protocols while working on vehicles.
  • Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and trends.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and equipment necessary for mobile service calls.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
  • Ford or Lincoln Certified Technician
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with experience in mobile repair services a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment, and perform physical work as required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
