We’re seeking a seasoned CFO with hands-on experience in spirits, RTDs, or alcohol-adjacent CPG businesses for a new Elevated Functional Cocktail RTD.

*Fully Remote*

This individual will be instrumental in building and overseeing our financial infrastructure, including:

• Modeling for production runs, gross margin optimization, and COGS management
• Managing milestone-based investment drawdowns and investor reporting
• Budget planning for go-to-market and sales team expansion
• Liquor-specific compliance, licensing, tax structure, and audit prep
• Expertise with early-stage capitalization, SAFE/convertible notes, and equity allocation

Commitment & Expectations:

• Fractional at first (approx. 15–20 hours/month)
• Available for board meetings and investor due diligence
• Willingness to transition into a full-time CFO role in Year 2, subject to funding
• Ability to work closely with a founder-driven team and adjust to the rapid pace of growth
