As TikTok Shop Manager, you will own the end-to-end TikTok ecosystem for the U.S. business, including TikTok Shop, paid media, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and organic growth initiatives. This role combines strategy, creativity, and performance marketing, requiring someone who can drive revenue growth while building scalable systems and processes. You will be responsible for transforming TikTok into a major revenue channel, working closely with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations teams to execute initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the TikTok growth strategy for the U.S. market across TikTok Shop, paid media, organic content, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs
- Own TikTok Shop operations, including storefront optimization, product setup, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and daily performance tracking
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvement
- Build and scale relationships with U.S.-based creators, influencers, affiliates, and agency partners to drive content, engagement, and sales
- Develop creator-led and UGC content strategies tailored to U.S. consumer behavior, platform trends, and beauty or CPG audiences
- Partner with creative, ecommerce, marketing, and operations teams to execute launches, campaigns, and key commercial moments
- Analyze TikTok Shop, paid media, affiliate, and content performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize results
- Manage budgets across paid media, creator partnerships, promotions, and testing initiatives
- Support inventory planning and fulfillment coordination to ensure a strong customer experience for the U.S. business
- Create clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for leadership on TikTok performance and growth opportunities
- Continuously test new content formats, creator strategies, promotional mechanics, and social commerce tactics to scale the channel
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, performance marketing, ecommerce growth, or digital commerce for a DTC, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, personal care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand.
- Proven experience launching, scaling, and managing TikTok Shop businesses, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth, profitability, and channel performance.
- Extensive experience managing TikTok Shop initiatives for the U.S. market, including creator partnerships, affiliate programs, paid media campaigns, product launches, and revenue optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and other social commerce tools.
- Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, creator culture, social commerce trends, and TikTok best practices.
- Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with U.S.-based creators, influencers, affiliates, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Experience working directly with U.S.-based teams, stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional partners, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Experience marketing and selling beauty, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, fashion, or other consumer products through social media, ecommerce, and creator-led commerce channels.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, ecommerce operations, order fulfillment processes, marketplace integrations, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, testing and optimizing campaigns, and driving profitable growth through improved ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Highly organized with strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable owning the TikTok Shop channel end-to-end in a hands-on, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency required.
- Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with the ability to work onsite five days per week.
