We're on a mission to redefine the landscape of mental health services, and we're looking for two talented Psychiatrists to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. As a full-time or part-time board-certified psychiatrist, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact on patients' lives in our outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients in an outpatient setting.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices.

* Prescribe and manage medications, including Spravato and ketamine, ensuring patient safety and efficacy.

* Administer and oversee TMS therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.

* Provide psychotherapy and counseling to support patients' mental health and well-being.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in psychiatry.

Qualifications:

* Board certification in Psychiatry.

* Valid medical license to practice in NC or SC.

* Experience with outpatient psychiatric care preferred.

* Proficiency in administering and managing Spravato, ketamine therapy, and TMS is highly desirable, but we can train and certify.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

We're a rapidly expanding, progressive clinic that's pushing the boundaries of mental health care. Since opening in February 2023, we've experienced exponential growth, and we're now looking for talented psychiatrists to join our team. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in general psychiatry and offers a range of advanced services, including Spravato (esketamine), ketamine therapy, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

* Competitive base salary of $280,000.00 guaranteed first year or 35% of collections, whichever is higher.
