We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the Outland Recruiting team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates who are well-suited for key roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client to understand their specific needs and objectives related to management and plant management positions.
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior-level roles, from sourcing and screening to interview and presentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to facilitate effective communication and alignment on executive recruitment strategy.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top executive talent within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to ensure executive recruitment strategies are aligned with the industry's evolving landscape.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators relevant to executive recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on technical positions
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools, technology, and applicant tracking systems.
• LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc
• Experienced in the full recruiting funnel, from sourcing to offer negotiations
• Comfortable interviewing Candidates
