In this role, you will oversee the organization's aftermarket business efforts to maximize profitability and employee/customer satisfaction. You will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Champion the development, communication, and execution of all aftermarket processes and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that drive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain parts, service, and safety processes ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives.
  • Establish key processes to support customer experience, including consistent staff availability, compensation plans, and shift work.
  • Manage the organization’s Customer Satisfaction Program.
  • Develop and retain key talent focused on customer support and engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor parts and service leadership, supporting recognition, career planning, and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for parts, service, and remote support departments.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience in service, parts, or sales operations.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating others.
  • Knowledge/familiarity with industry-leading products and competitive offerings.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
