Regional Vice President – Restoration Services

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President to lead operations and drive growth for a multi-site restoration services business. About the Role

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for full P&L oversight, operational excellence, and strategic growth within an assigned geographic territory. This leader will build high-performing teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver consistent results while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple service locations within the region.
• Drive both organic growth and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop local leadership teams.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Implement best practices for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related services.
• Proven track record managing multi-site operations.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.

• Strategic thinker who can execute tactically.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 75%).
