Job Summary

The Vice President, Commercial Large Loss provides leadership and management support for the Global, Regional and State Disaster Recovery (DRT) Teams; the Local Commercial Response Teams (CRT) and STORM Site Teams.This role will provide guidance to maximize the results being achieved from each team and build operational relationships with key commercial influencers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

§ Identifies and builds relationships with key restoration operational decision makers (Procurement, EGAs, Consultants, Claims Departments, and Brokers)

§ Helps secure large loss projects (i.e. networking)

§ Provides aid and support to the Commercial Large Loss Project Managers

§ Maintains efficiency of the different entities of the division to ensure high expectations are met and team members are held accountable

§ Aids in developing and updating Key Measurement Reports

§ Mentors, supports and assists with training new members

Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

§ Minimum 10 years International Insurance and/or Restoration experience

§ Negotiation experience with commercial rates

§ Process oriented (Value to Franchises, Optimization, Integrate Technology to the Division)

§ Legal experience associated with commercial large loss preferred

Education

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
