NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leader in telecommunication to find a FP&A Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC or Leawood, KS. The FP&A Manager will support the Vice President of FP&A and be responsible for financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic financial analysis. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, while assessing the accuracy and monitoring variances to understand root causes 
• Prepare presentation materials and financial models for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for stakeholders 
• Develop, monitor, and report financial performance by identifying trends, KPI scorecards, and monthly financial performance  
• Support organizational cash flow and forecasting 
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required 
• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis 
• Experience managing and analyzing financial transactions 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Previous experience in Planful, NetSuite, or Power BI preferred
