Recruiter. Manufacturing Industry Recruiter. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large manufacturing organization in the Irving, TX area who is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to their team via contract-to-hire. This is a diverse and fun recruiting role as the successful candidate will build up to supporting a region of the organization and recruit for many different types of roles, including manufacturing field roles, engineering roles, drivers, regional HR, and accounting roles, etc. Candidates must have:

• 4+ years of strong corporate recruiting experience, including 2+ years in the manufacturing industry recruiting for field roles
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with field and regional leadership
• Good experience utilizing ATS systems
