Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute our sourcing and supplier management activities for the US market, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships, competitive agreements and the highest level of execution with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Proactively lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including search, qualification and onboarding of new suppliers and co manufacturers.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the specific demands of the US market, aligning with our company's broader business objectives.

Supplier & Performance Management

  • Monitor and proactively drive supplier performance, implementing KPIs and leading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize supply chain efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality.
  • Drive negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, while upholding quality standards, delivery timelines, as well as strong long term partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (local and global) like product development, quality, sales, and logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Lead innovation projects and product launches in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage daily operations at contract manufacturing sites, negotiating contracts, tracking KPIs, and driving process improvements.
  • Oversee contract manufacturer operations, focusing on service, quality, and cost improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing industries.
  • Strong background in supplier negotiation, cost savings, quality improvement, and building lasting partnerships.
  • Proven project management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach within an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a history of driving process enhancements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring project success.
  • Passionate about sourcing and supply chain optimization, and eager to advance your career in this space.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, identify and mitigate risks efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to drive complex projects with high sense of urgency
  • Strong decision-making skills and work ethic, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, sense of urgency, ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Schedule Attainment.
  • Supplier performance metrics (e.g quality, OTIF, right the first time, etc.).
  • Cost-related KPIs - COGS, Contract cost management, etc.
  • Project based KPIs adapted to the Company’s development
