Responsibilities

• Responsible for Month End close and reconciling accounts
• Process company payroll
• Reconcile monthly projects including forecast and financials
• Serve as business partner on change orders and modifications / approvals to contracts
• Prepare monthly financials and weekly cash flows
• Ensure billings and payments are accurate and timely
• Maintain aging reports for management
• Manage a small team
• Liaise with external vendors and professional service firms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong GAAP / project accounting skills
• Strong communication skills.
