Responsibilities

• Interact cross functionally with multiple departments.
• Assist with month-end close procedures.
• Prepare month-end reports for submission.
• Analyze financial data and explain balance sheet and income statement fluctuations.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audit procedures and requests.
• Assist with special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• 2+ years of experience.
• CPA is a plus.
• Biopharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices industry a plus but not required.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills for risk identification and management.
