We are seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant (BC) to lead behavioral services for adults with autism and developmental disabilities across home, day program, employment, and community settings. In this role, you will assess needs, design and oversee behavior support plans, provide training, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans (BSPs) tied to individual goals.
- Train, coach, and mentor Behavior Consultant Assistants and direct support professionals.
- Provide guidance on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and autism support strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, meet billable targets, and ensure treatment integrity.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field with ABA certificate.
- Significant progress toward BCBA certification (BCBA preferred).
- Experience supporting individuals with autism.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week, with some evening hours as needed.
