We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Consultant Assistant (BCA) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This role works under the direction of Behavior Consultants (BCs) to implement person-centered behavior support plans, collect and review data, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person behavioral support.
  • Implement and monitor behavior support plans with integrity.
  • Collect and analyze data on client goals and progress.
  • Coach and train direct support professionals on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet billable hour targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working with individuals with autism.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between locations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).


Preferred:

  • BCaBA or RBT credential.
  • Experience delivering ABA services under 6100 regulations.


Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, with occasional evenings as needed.
