Are you a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with children? What You Will Do:
- Provide therapy to help pediatric patients recover and improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Monitor patient progress, address challenges, and effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and families.
- Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs that enhance the child’s therapy success.
- Accurately document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with scheduling patients and posting charges daily to patient records.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to professional standards, the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, and applicable state and federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and team needs.
What You Bring:

Education: Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech-Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or ASHA certification equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of six months experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a pediatric population.

Licensure: Current and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Arizona.

Certification: Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
