Build the Future of Enterprise AI ($50M ARR Scale-Up)

You are a Product Manager who wants more than just a backlog to manage. You are looking for a role where you can act as the "expert voice" for your product area, owning the strategy from the initial idea through to execution.

We are recruiting for a Series C, profitable AI company in Central London that is growing rapidly (currently $50M ARR with plans to double next year).

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to define and deliver solutions that begin with legal teams and extend across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with leaders in legal, compliance, procurement, and finance to understand their challenges and translate them into scalable, AI-powered workflows. This role is about building products for lawyers and shaping tools that drive efficiency, transparency, and growth across the entire business.

As Product Manager, you will act as the “expert voice” for your product area, owning the roadmap, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring consistency across the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex technical capabilities into customer value, and is passionate about building world-class AI products.

What you will be doing:

  • Product Ownership & Strategy: You will act as the "expert voice" for your product area, owning the roadmap and priorities. You will drive roadmap planning, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and resourcing.
  • Design & Specification: Unlike roles where you hand off to a UX researcher, here you get hands-on. You will use Lovable, Figma, or other tools to present early prototypes and validate designs against user needs prior to build.
  • Build & Execution: You will own iteration cycles, ensuring cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and AI teams. You will review and approve prototypes and Figma flows before development begins.
  • Market & Innovation: You will champion ethical, transparent, and trustworthy AI use across business workflows, analysing trends to anticipate opportunities.

Who you are:

  • Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a related strategic role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Academic: You hold a degree in a technical or analytical discipline (2:1 or above / GPA 3.8+).
  • Customer Facing: You are comfortable standing up and demoing the product to customers. You can translate complex technical capabilities into customer value.
  • A "Doer": You have a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. You are happy to prototype yourself and drive projects without needing a large support structure around you.

More about the company:

A profitable, Series C AI scale-up (currently at $50M ARR) transforming the way in-house teams work. Their AI-native platform empowers legal, compliance, procurement, finance, and business operations teams to collaborate more effectively, reduce risk, and accelerate growth. By combining proprietary LLMs with deep regulatory expertise, they are redefining how enterprises handle contracts, compliance, and decision-making at scale.

Why this is a great move for you:

  • Real AI: You will be working with an AI-native product that uses proprietary architecture and LLMs, not just a wrapper.
  • Meritocracy: This is a fast-paced startup environment where ideas are listened to—whether they come from senior engineers or product managers.
  • The Metrics: The company has 400 people globally, is Series C funded, and is already profitable.
  • The Package: A salary of circa £90,000 + 20% bonus plus share options, based 3 days a week in their London hub
