Project Manager/Engineer - Building Automation
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Salary: 100 - 130K

What we are looking for:
3+ years of project management experience in the HVAC controls industry
Mechanical aptitude and controls systems knowledge, including ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, boilers, chillers etc.
Financial tracking and organizational skills to drive projects and make decisions related to scope, schedule, and budget
Diversity of controls manufacturer experience is desired as well as controls troubleshooting knowledge
Effective communication skills as you interact with professionals of every level and clients to complete the project and overcome obstacles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
