We are currently working on a major mixed-use residential and retail project in Newstead, including a high-rise residential tower set for construction. To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for an experienced In-House Graphic

Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Content Creator
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and content creation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Excellent writing skills to support brand messaging, marketing, and sales campaigns
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing (a plus)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple marketing and advertising tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

As our In-House Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Design and create engaging visual content for various platforms (social media, website, print, email, newsletters, etc.).
• Develop and implement visual content strategies to support marketing and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Edit and optimize photos and videos for multi-platform use.
