Are you a technically minded ERP Business Analyst with deep experience in Sage X3 and a passion for solving day-to-day business challenges? Must be able to be onsite 4x per week in the Greater Houston area and relocation will be provided if needed. 

What You’ll Do

• User Support (60–70%)
• Provide functional and technical assistance for ERP users including:
• Troubleshooting issues in Sage X3
• Managing support tickets and system bugs
• Customizing reports (Crystal Reports, SEI)
• Assisting with training and user enablement
• System Improvements (30–40%)
• Participate in ERP optimization projects
• Contribute to BI dashboards and visualizations in SEI
• Support configuration updates and potential integration efforts
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work alongside integration and application specialists to ensure system performance, implement enhancements, and prepare for growth and M&A activity.

Who You Are

• Experienced ERP Analyst with 5+ years working in Sage X3 
• Hands-on Technologist comfortable working with Crystal Reports, SEI, and light configuration tasks
• Self-Sufficient & Resourceful with the ability to operate independently and learn internal processes quickly
• Collaborative Communicator who enjoys working across departments to understand business needs
• Growth-Minded Professional looking for long-term development opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or integrating Boomi, Salesforce, or SharePoint
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or M&A environments
• Interest in cross-functional project involvement, including system rollouts or acquisitions
