Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first line of support for our internal users, maintain and enhance our Salesforce environment, and help ensure data accuracy and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce user support and issue resolution
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support team and company-wide KPIs
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Flows to automate business processes
- Manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security
- Maintain and update validation rules to ensure data integrity
- Perform regular data hygiene tasks such as deduplication, imports, and exports
- Assist in creating, testing, and deploying new Salesforce features and system enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions
- Maintain documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred
- Experience creating and managing Flows in Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce standard (e.g., Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases) and custom objects.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce security model and permission management
- Experience with report and dashboard building for various business units
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have (Optional but Beneficial):
- Familiarity with data import tools
- Exposure to AppExchange tools or third-party Salesforce packages
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.)
- Familiarity with sandbox environments and metadata deployment
