The Client
The client is a top-ranking growth marketing agency renowned for elevating the success of dentists, chiropractors, and medical clinics throughout the United States. Their team leads the charge in catalyzing significant growth within the healthcare sector.
The Role
The client is seeking a results-driven PPC Strategist with a deep understanding of Google Ads and a proven track record of success managing campaigns in the dental and dental implant verticals. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PPC experience, including 2–3 years specifically in the dental space, and is comfortable owning strategy, execution, and reporting for multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) for dental and dental implant clients.
- Conduct deep keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting specific to dental and implant services.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to consistently improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creative strategies that resonate with patients and align with agency client goals.
- Analyze landing page performance and collaborate with design teams to improve UX and conversion rates.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are hitting performance targets.
- Create and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and agency clients.
- Stay on top of Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations relevant to the dental industry.
- A/B test creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
- 2–3 years of direct experience managing PPC for dental or dental implant clients (agency or in-house).
- Deep knowledge of paid search best practices, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Google Ads certification preferred.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads), call tracking software (e.g., CallRail), and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
