Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 Annually + Commission ($165,000+ OTE)

We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a fast-growing white-label SEO company that helps agencies and in-house teams deliver results at scale. They blend strategy, execution, and fulfillment with complete transparency and unbeatable turnaround times. Their clients do not just outsource SEO; they trust them as an extension of their business.


Now, they are ready to scale their US revenue engine, and they are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive new business and revenue growth.


The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals. If you are a top-performing sales expert with SEO sales experience, and you are ready to drive growth in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.


Responsibilities

  • Build and close your pipeline from Day One (target: $50K MRR potential within 90 days).
  • Drive consistent outbound activity to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) per week through targeted prospecting and personalized outreach.
  • Continuously refine outbound messaging, call strategy, and sales processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
  • Execute a clear, consistent outbound sales process using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Own the full US sales pipeline from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and reporting.
  • Partner with marketing to refine GTM messaging and contribute to campaigns and event-driven outreach.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences, turning connections into new business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales enablement resources such as talk tracks, pricing sheets, and case studies to support the sales process.


Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in SEO inbound and outbound sales (agency, white-label SEO, or SEO SaaS preferred).
  • A proven track record of building and closing mid-market SEO deals in the US market.
  • Deep familiarity with outbound tools and platforms: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and more.
  • A mindset that favors execution over theory and progress over perfection.
  • Experience working remotely with discipline and visibility.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience at a white-label or fulfillment-focused SEO company is a plus.
