Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 Annually DOE + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a results-driven legal marketing agency specializing in helping law firms grow their client base through highly targeted digital advertising strategies. They combine data-driven decision-making, deep industry expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver measurable ROI for their clients.


The Role

The client is seeking a Paid Search Specialist with a proven track record of building and optimizing lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is technical, analytical, and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, optimize performance, and stay ahead of evolving best practices in paid media.


This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across different agency clients and verticals, and is passionate about the technical side of digital advertising.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage and scale multiple accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
  • Execute lead generation strategies that drive measurable results for agency clients in the legal sector and beyond.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights using GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Stay up to date on the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategy with agency client goals and creative assets.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to agency clients with clear insights and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong technical proficiency with campaign setup, tagging, and optimization workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple agency clients and budgets simultaneously.
  • Legal marketing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
