Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 Annually + Annual Performance-Based Bonus + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a successful, reputable, and profitable multimedia company looking to grow and expand their digital marketing division.


The Role

As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns that convert.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Write compelling ad copy and test creative variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations (bids, budgets, ad extensions, negative keywords, etc.).
  • Track conversions and user behavior using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and other tracking tools.
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align landing pages with campaign objectives.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, beta features, and industry trends.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven success managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, and/or Shopping) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, or Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page strategy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven decisions to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred (nice to have)

  • Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, SaaS, or B2B lead gen environments.
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRO tools like Unbounce, VWO, or Google Optimize.
  • Experience with scripts, automated rules, or feed-based campaigns.
