Our client, a top producer in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency within a high-performing practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings a strong background in financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize daily workflow, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings, internal briefings, and external engagements.
- Organize agendas, prepare documents, track action items, and ensure timely execution of next steps.
- Manage and streamline the client onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and account setup are completed efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and enhance workflows to maximize productivity.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain client records, track key metrics, and leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ability to handle sensitive client and business information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, practice management, or executive support within financial services, wealth management, or a similar high-performance environment.
- Strong background in calendar management, client service, and operational oversight.:
