Job Description
We are part of a European-based network and provide engineering services to lessors who own and lease aircraft engines. Our core functions include technical condition evaluations, records review, and generating standardized outgoing documentation. The work is highly operational and involves short response times and stakeholder communication.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Review aircraft engine operation, performance, and historical paperwork to determine maintenance requirements.
- Follow up on open engine documentation issues and close out any errors or omissions.
- Liaise with multiple teams within the organization to review, cleanse, and accept engine documentation.
- Communicate with aircraft operators (lessees) and customers (lessors) to ensure smooth engine lease transitions.
- Assess and evaluate technical engine condition and derive necessary maintenance actions (workscope).
- Liaise with stakeholders to confirm correct completion of engine maintenance.
- Generate outgoing engine documentation for the next operator, such as Remaining Life information, Airworthiness Limitations, and Service Bulletin Status.
- Maintain and analyze engine database information (primary IT system for processing data).
- Develop and design database upgrades to improve process quality.
- Review, analyze, and summarize engine paperwork to assist in aircraft engine valuation (purchase, sale, lease-in, or lease-out).
- Consult and advise on technical standards and minimum build configurations for the engine fleet.
- Create reports on technical fleet status.
- Support other engineering and technical records teams as dictated by customer demands.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Degree/Master’s degree in an engineering-related discipline or equivalent.
- Experience with spatial thinking and technical drawings (advantageous).
- Knowledge of aircraft and/or aircraft engines (advantageous).
