The Source and Recruit Company has been retained to support a well-established HVAC contractor in the recruitment of a Residential HVAC Estimator/Project Manager. All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.

Role Overview

The Residential HVAC Estimator/Project Manager will play a key role in driving the success of residential installation projects from initial client engagement through project completion and final invoicing. This individual will serve as both a technical expert and operational leader, overseeing estimating, client consultations, crew management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and provide informed equipment recommendations

• Prepare and present accurate, timely project estimates to clients

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise 3 to 4 residential HVAC install crews

• Procure HVAC equipment and materials aligned with project timelines

• Perform post-installation quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and company standards

• Oversee project close-out processes, including final invoicing and customer satisfaction follow-up

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC estimating, with proven success in residential project environments

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation processes, and equipment options

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with estimating software and project documentation

• Valid driver's license required
