Role Overview

The company is seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and support key marketing and business development initiatives. This individual will play a central role in elevating the firm's brand presence, improving internal communications, and supporting executive leadership. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a thoughtful balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry trends

  • Coordinate meetings with prospective and current clients

  • Develop and maintain branded marketing materials and promotional merchandise

  • Support the continuous improvement of the company’s website and digital presence

  • Create engaging presentations and marketing collateral to support business development efforts

  • Manage orders and inventory of branded goods and soft marketing materials

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling and occasional correspondence

  • Contribute to broader marketing campaigns and internal communication initiatives as needed


Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or executive support

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with basic graphic design or content creation tools is a plus

  • Familiarity with the construction, architecture, or professional services industries is beneficial
