Role Overview

The firm is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Associate to support a range of marketing and business development initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in boosting the company’s visibility, improving internal communications, and delivering high-level administrative support to leadership. The position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, balancing both marketing creativity and organizational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business opportunities and partnerships

• Coordinate meetings with new prospects and existing clients

• Maintain and develop branded materials and promotional merchandise

• Support ongoing enhancements to the company’s website and digital presence

• Create compelling presentations and marketing collateral for business development efforts

• Order and manage branded goods and soft materials

• Provide executive support to leadership, including scheduling and occasional correspondence

• Contribute to broader marketing efforts and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or administrative support

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with basic graphic or content creation tools is a plus

• Experience in the construction, architecture, or professional services industries is advantageous
