Full-Time | 1-Year Renewable (Expected 3+ Years)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated scientist to support R&D for next-generation water electrolysis technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize and test electrocatalysts.
  • Build and optimize MEAs/CCMs for water electrolyzers.
  • Research non-PGM electrocatalysts for AEM systems.
  • Fabricate and improve AEM electrodes.
  • Perform electrochemical and physical testing.
  • Conduct durability tests and identify degradation solutions.
  • Support related PEM electrolysis and fuel cell projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical plans.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with electrocatalyst synthesis, electrode fabrication, and electrochemical testing (preferred).
  • Experience in AEM water electrolysis or related electrochemical technologies (highly desirable).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.


Pay Rate: $76 - 80 per hour
