Full-Time | 1-Year Renewable (Expected 3+ Years)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated scientist to support R&D for next-generation water electrolysis technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize and test electrocatalysts.
- Build and optimize MEAs/CCMs for water electrolyzers.
- Research non-PGM electrocatalysts for AEM systems.
- Fabricate and improve AEM electrodes.
- Perform electrochemical and physical testing.
- Conduct durability tests and identify degradation solutions.
- Support related PEM electrolysis and fuel cell projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical plans.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with electrocatalyst synthesis, electrode fabrication, and electrochemical testing (preferred).
- Experience in AEM water electrolysis or related electrochemical technologies (highly desirable).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $76 - 80 per hour
