Digital Sales Manager - Adtech – Agency Partnerships - US

Hybrid- New York- with travel to agencies throughout

$130,000 -160,000 + commission


This Adtech company is scaling fast and looking for a results-driven Media Sales Manager to grow agency partnerships across the US and Canada. The role focuses on building deep relationships with programmatic buyers, media planners, and trading desks to drive adoption of a cutting-edge Demand-Side Platform (DSP). You’ll be selling high-impact campaigns across display, video, and CTV – shaping the future of digital advertising in a fast-growing market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with media agencies and trading desks across the US and Canada
  • Sell media inventory via their DSP, aligning with agency programmatic strategies and campaign goals
  • Educate buyers on their unique value proposition, targeting precision, and optimisation capabilities
  • Run the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding
  • Collaborate with account managers, ops, and product teams to deliver outstanding campaign results
  • Track pipeline, deliver against revenue targets, and report on performance
  • Stay ahead of programmatic trends, agency shifts, and emerging ad buying behaviour
  • Representation at key events, pitch meetings, and roadshows


What They’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of digital media sales experience, focused on programmatic and DSP selling
  • Strong agency network across the US and/or Canada – at holding companies and indie shops
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, auction dynamics, audience targeting, and CTV trends
  • Proven closer with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Confident presenter with excellent pitch and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Experience with major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amobee, etc.)
